[11,500 SF]
This 11,500 SF gut commercial renovation was set in a bunker of a building (a former printing house building) converted into a state of the art digital recording and editing studio. The casual vibe was echoed and confirmed with many open 'non-programmed' work spaces and a working kitchen/lounge. The entire package wrapped in a very intentionally low-tech rustic wood paneling wall and ceiling treatment. The miles of cabling and high-voltage work, acoustic treatments and severe incorporation of a technology in flux attitude is carefully, seamlessly and rather invisibly incorporated.
