[1,800 SF] A high end, high modernist approach created this wonderful and richly appointed urban haven. Like their neighbors, for whom we had previously completed a similar scope, this project was a Design-Built gut renovation. We created a mezzanine & added a roof bulkhead. A large rooftop endless spa completed this 1800 sf. triplex space. Much sweat and tears went into the project but in the end it proved that this Design-Build methodology has great merits and also pushed both of our companies to new frontiers by using palates that we were comfortable with, but do not often get to put into place. It takes progressive clients willing to invest in what it takes to produce top-end work. In this case, all came away with much to be proud of. General Contractor: In House Group, Inc.
