This project was intended to be a full scale renovation of a decaying warehouse located along the BQE. For decades motorists idled [mostly in traffic] and likely thought little of the activities continued within its dreary walls. We decided to create a space that would reflect the New Maker movement that continues to take hold in our city and outer boroughs. The idea of catering to the new local micro industrial base would be reflected in a forward thinking building with amenities to match. [bar and lounge on the roof, automated robotic parking and public swimming pools] This remains a project only.
