A small 15’ by 12’ room carved out of a Bond Street loft for a young couple with a new baby. Using steel and back painted glass we achieved a solution that was appropriate, contextual, and priced modestly. It is a small project, but as design / builders, it is one we are proud of nonetheless. General Contractor: In House Group, Inc.
