Institutional Renovation of the Chapter House for Alpha Delta Phi, Columbia University. This construction work had to neatly dovetail with the students academic schedules. Timing and foresight were of importance throughout all phases of the project's planning and execution. Among other unique concerns was the goals of upgrading the image of this formal century old high profile institution while maintaining the durability necessary for this high abuse environment (while not falling into the moment trends.) The solution achieved these intentions with a palette of white and frosted glass/stainless steel for the kitchen and a handsome upgrade to the bathrooms as well, but with details and textures commensurate with the existing building pedigree.
