16 Minetta Lane will be opening its doors once again for the 20th Anniversary of OHNY. For over 9 years this project, by Kushner Studios, in conjunction with construction company In House Group, has been presented and featured by OHNY, allowing guests to come and witness what Adam Kushner calls his decade long "labor of love”. Always almost finished, we are finally nearing the finish line of this marathon project, a test of will as much as of design of patience. This space, which offers a mix of naturally occurring textures set against all the expected modern design conveniences, will serve as shelter for Mr. Kushner and his family for the foreseeable future. Kushner Studios is happy to be a part of Open House New York for its 20th year of highlighting some of New York's greatest architectural projects. Come see 16 Minetta lane on October 22nd. It is free and open to the public. Do expect long lines, but be patient, Mr. Kushner has a soft spot for all his fans.
