To all of our Friends, Colleagues, Esteemed Others [and dare we say ‘Fans’?]
We are happy to invite you to our Open House Event. Come join Owner and Principal Adam Kushner in this annual ritual where he opens his doors to the public and takes you on a tour of his home, a love letter to the City of New York, the West Village and Minetta Lane in particular. Come see how he has reconsidered this early 20th-century townhouse, itself transformed earlier by noted Designer Robert Isabell, by looking both forward and backwards while providing a place for his family and him to thrive.
This will be his 12th year of sharing this incredibly intimate experience with the public. Many have been returning yearly since the beginning, just to see how the story was playing out. Mr. Kushner assures all that he has put down his hammer and is ready for the next part of the journey.
The tour is self-guided with assistance from the always incredible volunteers from OHNY, an organization that Mr. Kushner has been associated with many years. He will be giving a live slide lecture at 2:00 PM.
Note that long lines are expected and there will be a capped off limit of no more than 25 visitors in the home at any one time.
The rear house and the cellar have limited access. Other miscellaneous areas of limited access will be noted. Admission to the house and the owner's slide presentation will be first-come, first-served, and always free of charge.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
A signed liability release will be requested of all those entering.

We thank you and look forward to showing you a project our office is quite proud of.
