According to Architect Joseph Lombardi, Franklin D. Roosevelt's Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland was located on the Second Floor of the building at the top of an impressive double set of marble stairs off of the building's main entrance. Beginning in 2004 until 2018 this space was the home of a restaurant known as the Pound & Pence. Since 2021 until the present it is occupied by an Architecture and Design Firm Kushner Studios Architecture + Design P.C. as well as their related General Contracting firm In House Group, Inc.
A piece of stationary Letter of Franklin D. Roosevelt. This letter was given by Joseph Pell Lombardi to Adam Kushner when he started moving to 55 Liberty Street.
