34 years running the streets of NYC!

This year marks a personal milestone for architect and principal Adam Kushner, completing his 34th NYC Marathon. An Official NYRRC ’Streaker’ he has also completed 31 consecutive years since his first run in 1988   For Adam, the race is much more than a test of endurance—it’s a celebration of New York City itself. Each November, this 26.2-mile route transforms into a living, breathing tribute to the diverse neighborhoods and communities that define New York.



“It is a Movable Feast," Adam reflects. "A true celebration of all things New York, where for one day, we’re all connected through a 26 miles ribbon that weaves it way throughout this inexplicably diverse and beautiful place, our City, and no matter where you hail from, we are, for this day, all New Yorkers.For Adam, the race is more than a test of endurance—it's a grand celebration of New York City. Each November, this 26.2-mile route transforms into a living, breathing tribute to the diverse neighborhoods and communities that define New York.
